Passionate, driven and at the forefront of innovation in entertainment, Remel London is an award-winning broadcaster, presenter, producer and founder who has established herself as one of the most exciting voices in British entertainment.

A defining voice across music, television, radio and live entertainment, Remel has built a career at the intersection of culture and mainstream media. She has played a key role in the development of iconic music platform Link Up TV, working as lead presenter and producer and helping secure partnerships with Footasylum and Boiler Room TV. She was also the weekly host of London’s renowned live music event ILUVLIVE, establishing herself as a trusted voice for emerging artists and new music.

Her extensive knowledge of music and entertainment has seen her work across some of the UK’s biggest platforms and brands. She has hosted the MOBO Awards official Red Carpet and served on the MOBO Awards panel, while her broadcasting credits include Sky One’s What’s Up TV, The Rap Game, The Rap Game UK, The Culture Capsule, Pointless Celebrities and Big Brother: Late & Live. She has also worked across radio with Capital XTRA and BBC Radio 1Xtra.

A passionate advocate for young and emerging creatives, Remel has hosted the Music for Youth Proms at the Royal Albert Hall a record seven times and is the resident host of the Rocking Ur Teens Girls Conference. She has also worked with major names across entertainment, sport and lifestyle, including Paramount, BET USA, Capital, Nike, Puma, Spotify, TikTok and Apprentice Nation.

Remel is perhaps best known for founding The Mainstream, a celebrated creative media platform created to help exceptional diverse talent build careers in TV, film, radio and entertainment. The platform provides networking opportunities, live events, workshops, seminars, Q&As and original digital content, giving aspiring creatives practical access to the people, knowledge and opportunities needed to break into the industry.

The Mainstream has grown into a substantial creative ecosystem, working with organisations and brands including Netflix, Sky, BBC Three, BET, MTV, Comedy Central UK, E4, ITV, Paramount, Warner Bros., Prime Video, Disney, CultureCon and the Edinburgh TV Festival. Its flagship The Mainstream Podcast, hosted and executive produced by Remel, features candid conversations with some of the industry’s leading talent, exploring their career journeys and sharing practical advice for the next generation of creatives.

The platform has also expanded into original productions and live experiences, including The Mainstream Live Show, The Mainstream Ones To Watch Awards and its popular Top 5 Tips series.

Remel’s profile has continued to grow through major entertainment and cultural moments. In 2024, she hosted the LADbible Annual Summit, BRITs Red Carpet coverage and The Prince’s Trust Awards, and was selected as a host judge for the BRITs 2025 Digital Presenter search. She has also hosted major international events, including the MTV VMAs pink carpet. Alongside her broadcasting career, Remel is recognised for her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to opening doors for others.
