Blank Peng is making her mark as one of the UK’s most distinctive and compelling new comedy talents.  She began her comedy journey performing stand-up in Mandarin before moving to London in 2022, committing herself to learning and mastering comedy in English. Since then, she has rapidly carved out a formidable reputation on the UK circuit, becoming a sought-after weekend act at the country’s leading comedy clubs.

Her sharp observations on culture, identity, and everyday life have quickly garnered her industry recognition.

In 2025, she reached the London Finals of the BBC New Comedy Award and made her UK television debut on BBC Three. She has also lent her talents doing TV warm-up for The Last Leg on Channel 4. That year, she was invited to perform on the Capital Xtra Comedy Gala and tour-supported some of the country’s top comedians, including Babatunde Aléshé (Taskmaster), Troy Hawke (Live at the Apollo), Nabil Abdulrashid(Britain’s Got Talent), and Catherine Bohart (Last One Laughing).

In 2026, she made her debut on the hit BBC panel show QI, appearing alongside Sandi Toksvig, Alan Davies, Rhod Gilbert, and Sara Pascoe. She was also featured on an episode of Channel  4’s ‘A Comedy Thing’, an exclusive ensemble comedy series produced by Strong Watch Studios that showcases some of the UK’s most exciting emerging comedic talent. She is set to make her Australian debut later this year with an invite to Perth and Sydney Comedy Festivals, establishing herself as a standout new voice on an international stage.
