Swarzy is one of the UK’s fastest rising talents. She is a celebrated next generation talent with specialisms in Youth, Sport, Music, Faith and Climate Action.

Known for her high-energy style, Swarzy hosts the BBC Radio 1XTRA Weekend Breakfast Show every Saturday from 7-10am. Her radio journey has come full circle after she won a competition to become a radio presenter at KISS FM to now being the voice of BBC Sounds. Along the way, her love for community and social justice has led to her contributing to various shows on BBC Radio 5 Live and Radio 4.

Radio and faith have intertwined in Swarzy's life, opening doors for opportunities and new stories to be told. Her unique journey to faith drives her deep love for people and the church. She presents BBC Daily Service and Sunday Worship on BBC Radio 4 and has extensive credits in the genre including God & Hip Hip for BBC 1Xtra and BBC Songs of Praise

Her passion for social change, sustainability and climate issues has been showcased at several high profile events including hosting panels at COP26 and most recently at the BBC Climate Creative Forum. As a sought-after campaigner, she is known for her impactful presentations on diversity, womanhood and inclusivity - and has gone on to moderate panels for flagship companies such as Unilever, OfCom, Group M, ITV, and CICC.

A hugely popular brand collaborator, Swarzy’s dynamic presence has led to partnerships with NIKE, JCDecaux, TikTok, The Podcast Show London, The Commonwealth Games, BBC Bitesize Tour, Somerset House, The Barbican, SOHO House, and Limitless Live, which was held at the Roundhouse in London where over 1,000 young people gathered to celebrate the power of music.

Swarzy’s passion for sports includes several high profile collaborations including launching Stormzy’s Merky FC’s HQ and presenting the Soccer Aid x Adidas collaborations in 2024. She has also hosted live event formats for NIKE, the NEC Stadium at the Commonwealth Games and a weekly chat show on all things boxing for DAZN.

Her awards include Best Presenter at the UK Entertainment Awards and being named one of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Black History Month Next Generation Trailblazers.
